Father's Day Weekend in Wisconsin

Jameson's first flight, which we're sure will be the first of many.   We had a 3.5 hour delay getting out of DIA, but the time seemed to pass quickly.  He did wonderfully on our trip out, although the flight back was a little rougher.  It was supposed to correspond with his bedtime...only problem is, he doesn't really look ready to sleep, does he????  We're so happy that we were able to make the trip.  We got to see so many family members on the Pilat side at my cousin's wedding on Saturday and then visited with the Lindholm side on Sunday for Father's day...a celebration which included at least six dads and three different generations!
Finally, me and Uncle Tyler!!!! Can't wait until I get to see him again when he visits Colorado in July.

Getting to meet Tyler's dog, Rufus - a standard poodle, English golden retriever mix.  Jameson was so excited!  He loved him and as far as we could tell, the feeling was mutual :)

Meeting great-grandpa, Opa.

Jameson and Uncle Matthew!!!!  Thanks for all the high airplane flying you do with me!

Peek-a-boo.

Happy Father's Day, Dad!!!!  This is the best swimming pool ever (aka temp somewhere between a pool and hot tub...just perfect!).  Mom didn't want to get out!

Happy Father's Day, Grandpa!

A Father's Day softball game with the whole family.  There's dad on first base!

Gracie keeping Jameson company in the shade while everyone played ball (Gracie had her own softball game earlier that day).

We love Rufus!!!!

Lunch out with grandma and grandpa on the Milwaukee River in downtown before heading for a walk along the lake front.

Summer Fun

More pool time :)

An impromptu trip down to the Denver Zoo with Laurie and her boys.  Here we are with the Rhinos.

Jameson was perhaps most captivated by watching this monkey against the backdrop of the sky.

Jameson 5 Months

I'm 5 months old!  Here are some highlights: I've started laughing for more prolonged periods of time, I've established a bedtime routine (and am a good sleeper!), I'm captivated by watching the dogs at home, I love jumping in my jump-a-roo and bouncing in the exersaucer, I exercise my voice and love blowing bubbles, I reach for everything, wish I could stand on my own (loves practicing it with assistance), I squirm a lot more and can roll over but don't do it consistently yet.

Rob's Birthday, June 3

For Rob's birthday, we enjoyed lounging and watching the Bruins game at home.  It seemed like Jameson even enjoyed the game...I think he likes watching the fast skaters move around against the backdrop of the white ice.

Pool Time!

Jameson's first time "swimming".  We are going to enjoy the pool across the street so much this summer!

Daddy can always get a smile :)

Tired out after an afternoon at the pool.  Ready for a bath and bed!
